Now that the excitement of the wedding has settled a little, we just wanted to properly thank you for everything you did to make our wedding on Saturday so special.
 
From the moment we started planning, your support, professionalism and care genuinely helped make the whole experience feel exciting and stress-free. On the day itself, it was amazing to see everything come together, and so much was thanks to your hard work and attention to detail.
 
The venue looked absolutely stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for the day. Our family and friends were blown away and are still talking about how incredible everything was, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined the day without you being part of it. The most magical fairytale we could ever have asked for!
We cannot thank Jane, Mike and the whole Cockley team enough for providing the most perfect backdrop and service for our special day.

Right from our initial visit, booking, postponement and final arrangements Jane was nothing but professional and reassuring – nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to provide everything we requested.

Covid has played a huge part in everyone’s lives this year but we were determined to have a 2020 wedding. Whilst adhering to the guidance our wedding ran without any hint of a hitch – everyone felt safe and secure which is all compliments to the Cockley team. The teepee was the perfect home for our reduced numbers of guests, the firepits and fairy lights giving it such a warm and cosy glow. The waitress service was fantastic (a definite must for any wedding moving forward) with no one left nursing an empty glass. We fell for Cockley Woodland for its relaxed, rustic atmosphere and the nature that surrounds it and could not have pictured a more perfect wedding day for ourselves. We would recommend anyone to take a walk down the tree-lined woodland path to feel the magic for yourselves.

From our first visit on a dreary November day we knew this was our perfect venue. It is absolutely stunning, a sentiment which was echoed by our guests. The ceremony by Sarah was a perfect reflection of our personalities meaning lots of laughs but also (happy) tears from our guests.

Your team are professional and friendly and were happy to cater to any request however small or out there and worked tirelessly for the entire day.

We honestly can’t thank you guys enough for making our day perfect.

Out of all our choices we made about our wedding - choosing Cockley Wood was by far the best decision we made, I can’t even begin to express what an amazing venue this is, run by the most lovely people. Jane and Chloe held our hand through the whole process and helped make our day as amazing as it was. We were fairly last minute only booking the venue in February and having our wedding in May, they were doing some renovations and we were the first wedding of the season and I felt fully at ease leaving everything in their more than capable hands to ensure it was ready for our day and BOY was it ready. The venue is so so beautiful, every single photo I have been sent looks so picturesque and every single guest has commented on what an amazing venue it was. We’ve been engaged for 4 years and I always said I wanted an outdoor wedding but never committed as you can never rely on the weather for the UK and after finally committing low and behold - the weather wasn’t that great 🤣 a little rainy and cool but us and the guests barely noticed with the blankets around the venue, fire pits that were tended by the staff and rain covers strategically placed I couldn’t have asked for anything better for an outdoor wedding with the weather that we were dealt Honestly can’t recommend this venue enough, I’ll forever be grateful to Jane and everybody else at Cockley Wood for making our day the day we’d always dreamed of and better ❤️

An absolutely amazing day at a wonderful venue! We had a really special time at Cockley Wood's for our wedding and it's largely thanks to Jane & her team. From start to finish, Jane was very clear and organised about what we needed to do, what we needed to plan and prepare, who we needed to contact and put her in touch with. Jane helped us to not feel too overwhelmed by everything by always seemingly having everything in hand. We even had a few unexpected snags on the day, as sometimes happen, but Jane and her team are quite flexible and experienced so that no one really noticed. The venue itself is beautiful. Great for a summer wedding and really helped to bring the sort of vision to life we had for our wedding. Spacious yet intimate enough settings to really make it a special occassion you remember for a long time. We certainly had an amazing day, and are grateful for the memories we made that day, and all the people we were able to share it with in this stunning setting. We had our wedding at Cockley Woods at the beginning of August and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It’s the most stunning venue and all of our guests have been raving about it ever since… especially the cocktail bar! Jane and the rest of the team are just incredible and looked after us all so well. They ensured that the day flowed seamlessly without us having to worry about timings or anything like that (We didn’t check the time once the whole day!). They helped us bring our vision to life and create the most perfect day filled with our own little touches. We would highly recommend Cockley Woods to anyone wanting a beautiful woodland wedding.
